Welcome to Centurion Pressure Washing LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Work
We provide pressure washing, tarmac restoration, and related services as agreed in the service contract or quotation. Any additional work not specified will require a separate agreement or quote.
2. Water Supply
We require access to a suitable water supply for pressure washing and other treatments. This will usually be your external or internal tap.
Water consumption is included in the service charge; however, if water is not readily accessible, additional charges may apply for sourcing water externally.
The customer consents to Centurion Pressure Washing LTD using their water supply for the duration of the work.
3. Access to Property
The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area and water supply.
Any restrictions or hazards must be disclosed prior to the commencement of work.
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse work if the site is deemed unsafe.
4. Preparation and Property Condition
The customer is responsible for removing any fragile items, vehicles, or obstacles from the work area prior to commencement.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but cannot be held liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are as per the provided quotation or published pricing guide.
A minimum charge applies as specified for smaller jobs.
Payment terms: Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge for additional work not covered by the original quotation.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
The customer must inform us of any underground services, utilities, or hazards on the property.
8. Liability
We are fully insured for public liability.
We are not liable for damage resulting from unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or pre-existing property defects.
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Environmental Considerations
We use environmentally friendly chemicals wherever possible.
Any runoff water from cleaning will be managed in accordance with local regulations, but the customer acknowledges some residue may enter drainage systems.
10. Guarantee and Complaints
We guarantee workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service.
Any issues must be reported within this timeframe for investigation and resolution.
11. Data Protection
Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and communication.
